PAYMENT POLICY
Rates include V.A.T. and local tax A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to make a reservation either by credit card or by bank deposit Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT is required as a guarantee The remaining amount is paid upon arrivalCANCELLATION POLICY
Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellation policy is as below.
If canceled within 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund the full amount of the deposit. If canceled after 60 days but up to 30 days before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show you are charged 100% of the stay.EXTRA PERSONS & CHILDREN POLICY

Filling our Contact Form: In order to make a reservation and to ensure that we can communicate with you, you will be asked to fill in your personal information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, which we will not transmit them in anyone third.
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
When you make a reservation, you will be asked to complete online booking form providing: your first name, last name, business or private email, phone number, address, zip code, city, country and reservation preferences. These information are essential to book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). These details will be stored on a secure server and encrypted and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions and bookings with you.
CEDIT CARD DATA
We collect credit card data (cardholder name, card number, expiration date and cvv) when you choose to complete your booking with “Offline Credit Card” payment method. That information are encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Your credit card is only used for the specific transaction you have requested and its details are stored along with the credit card owner details up to the date of your departure from the hotel. The details regarding your credit card will be deleted after paying your stay and departure and since you have paid all the amount of your bills you had to our hotel.
IP ADDRESSES
The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the website is used solely for gathering statistics.

ENCRYPTION
